Rail Operational Development are able to:
- Support a company during any period of organisational change or development, which includes the application for Railway Safety Certification/Authorisation: development of applications to ORR.
- Develop, review and implement Safety Management Systems that meet the requirements of HS(G)65 and HS(G)48.
- Design, develop and subsequently review an Operators Safety Management System including ‘common safety methods’ (CSMs) that interlink with ‘common safety targets’ (CSTs) as required by ‘The Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations’.
- Support companies by undertaking any level of audit review you require, including verification and validation.
- Undertake research and development of new operational controls to address recognised risk management/safety performance issues.
- Undertake accident and investigation training, development and assessment.
